Meet Matt Stepanovich
Matt has been working with dogs all his life — over 50 years. He grew up in a house that bred full-size French poodles, which means he learned dog body language before he learned to drive. Since then he's worked in shelters and across the pet industry, and today he brings all of it to Updog: the eye of a lifelong handler, the patience of a camp counselor, and the logistics brain of a former operations executive.
Every camp day is run by Matt personally. Your dog isn't one of forty in a warehouse — they're part of a small, hand-picked pack getting a real adventure.
